With more than 60 years of experience, a CAD database containing more than 15,000 individual components and a pronounced degree of customer orientation, Telegärtner Karl Gärtner GmbH is able to turn our customers’ desires a reality more rapidly and flexibly. Our engineers will find creative solutions for even the smallest series. The products developed with the aid of CAD are then optimized in our test labs using the latest test and measuring equipment. When it comes to production, we have achieved the ideal balance between fully automated, semiautomated and manual manufacturing. It is precisely this balance that guarantees a high degree of flexibility. Quality Policy
At Telegärtner, quality is not merely a catchphrase: in fact, we at Telegärtner take quality far beyond the normal demands. Although we are DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 certified, for us ISO is merely a standard starting point to which we add the famed Telegärtner quality daily.
Comprehensive quality assurance meshes flawlessly from goods receipt, across manufacturing and through to shipping and maintenance. A CAQ program provides the necessary foundation for statistical procedures and process analyses. Technically, the most up-to-date measuring and testing equipment such as optical and 3D measuring systems are available. And the Telegärtner quality policy is rounded out by the quality consciousness exhibited by every Telegärtner employee.
Size
The small firm which began with the production of components for telecommunications and military technology has grown into an internationally operating company specializing in preliminary and final products for data and telecommunications. At present the Telegärtner Karl Gärtner GmbH has more than 210 employees.
